For the past three weeks of our speech class, we have been working on our projects with our group as a team. The topics that were presented to us was about the current pandemic, education, and racism. Fast forward to now, each group's study guide, brochure, and presentation has been submitted. Overall, I would say that everyone worked really hard and gave maximum effort. I believe that everyone collaborated with their each individual parts to have a perfect outcome.

Starting with Group #1 was about the pandemic, COVID-19. They spoke about how the current pandemic   is affecting not only us but the whole world around us. They emphasized how the world experienced a new transition and what is like living in this "new normal". They included that education is now mostly online and how it is affecting the young people. Group one also added how the use of mask are preliminary in today's world. Public places are also keeping the use of masks and the six-feet part rule in order to keep everyone safe. However after one year of the pandemic, some states in the United States are not required to have a mask on at a public setting.

Continuing with the same topic, Group #3 spoke upon how COVID-19 has affected education in the last year and how we have adapted to a "new normal" now. Personally, I feel like most of us are not having the ability to concentrate as easily as we did while in school physically. At least for me, I don't believe in being virtually educated because I'm more hands-on learner and I feel like I'm not the only one thinking like this. Also, an instructor has no way of knowing if a student is learning or grasping the information being taught to them which is not good in the long term. Another set example that I liked was that the group not only mentioned the cons but the pros as well. Overall, I think that the subject was well spoken and well read and the readers comprehended the topic presented to them.

At last, the final presentation was Group #2 about Racism. They touched on a very sensitive topic for some people but overall it was well said. Their work was really eye-catching because they explained very well the different levels of racism and how racism is influenced in today's society. Furthermore, they dug deeper in the different levels of racism and what each level mean. They did it in a way so easily so that everyone could understand and take the full gist of the topic. The best part about the presentation of this group was the mini game that the decided to do in the second day of the presentation, which I found it such a great idea and very educational too.
